Ben and Buffy Byrd are a retired senior couple  (Snow Birds) living in the sunny South and enjoying every moment that life in the Golden Age has to offer. With a snappy sense of humor, the Byrds touch upon subjects like senior activities, family relations, friends, health, beautiful weather, "all you can eat", "old and wise observations" and, of course, the pleasure of simply growing older together.
